Tomorrowland NFT Sale
📅 Ticket Sale Date: Early December
🎫 2026 Ticket Sale: December 5 and December 8
🔑 Open to: NFT holders who own all 3 Tomorrowland NFTs (Medallion of Memoria)
👥 Maximum number of tickets: You can buy up to 2 Tomorrowland tickets per Medallion.
If you own all three of the Tomorrowland NFTs, you will have access to an exclusive sale before everyone else for Tomorrowland tickets. This usually goes on sale in early December – in 2024 for the 2025 edition of Tomorrowland the sale was on December 11, while for Tomorrowland 2026 pre-registration closed on November 30 and the sale is December 5.
In order to access the NFT sale, you must own 3 NFTs minted by Tomorrowland in order to complete the ‘Medallion of Memoria.’ These can be bought, though there is a cost. Prices are based on SOL cryptocurrency and fluctuate throughout the year. The approximate cost for obtaining all three NFTs is €3000-€4000, and does not include your Tomorrowland ticket price. This only gets you access to this sale.
Previously NFT holders could access up to 6 tickets to Tomorrowland. In recent years this has been reduced to 4 tickets and now from 2026 onwards it only gives access to 2 tickets.
The NFT sale is the very first ticket sale and one of the best methods to guarantee tickets, but there is a cost to obtain all three NFTs. Then you need to buy tickets on top of that so it is an expensive exercise. If you do plan on going multiple years and have money to burn it can be worth it.
Tomorrowland First 20 Sale
📅 Ticket Sale Date: Mid-December
🎫 2026 Ticket Sale: December 15, 2025 15:00 CET
🔑 Open to: The first 20 people from each country who pre-register
👥 Maximum number of tickets: You can buy up to 4 Tomorrowland tickets in the First 20 sale.
As part of pre-registration, the first 20 people to register from each country will get access to a special First 20 sale (or also called Top 20 sale) where they will have the opportunity to purchase Tomorrowland tickets at a discounted rate.
Accommodation options are often limited in the First 20 Sale. In previous years the only Dreamville accommodations available were Magnificent Greens (regular camping) and Easy Tents. No Montagoe options were available.
Pre-registration usually happens in mid-December. Emails are sent out in the first week or two of December with pre-registration times and dates. For the best chance, you’ll need to be online at exactly the time pre-registration commences. This one is very difficult to get, especially if you’re from popular countries.
Note: You must be situated in the country you’re registered from. Workarounds like VPNs do not work as they cross-reference your mailing address and passport, so don’t bother trying to register as a citizen of a smaller country as it won’t work.
Tomorrowland Global Journey Pre-Sale
📅 Ticket Sale Date: Mid-December
🎫 2026 Ticket Sale: December 15, 2025 15:00 CET
🔑 Open to: Anyone who purchased Global Journey tickets the previous year
👥 Maximum number of tickets: You can buy up to 6 Global Journey (Tomorrowland) tickets at a time
Starting in 2023 (for Tomorrowland 2024), the team at Tomorrowland started to reward the loyalty of those who had been before. Anyone who had purchased a Global Journey ticket the year before had access to an exclusive pre-sale of Global Journey tickets. This sale typically has less people than the regular Global Journey sale as it is only available to certain people, unlike the regular sale which anybody can access.
While for Tomorrowland 2024 this was somewhat easy as it was more unknown, in the 2025 sale this was noticeably harder to get tickets in the Global Journey pre-sale. It seems the 2024 sale was unexpected so less people were aware of it and didn’t read it in their email. In 2025 the secret was out and Tomorrowland tickets sold out much faster.
I expect much of the same in 2026 – a global journey pre-sale which is still very difficult to get tickets.
Tomorrowland Global Journey Tickets
📅 Ticket Sale Date: Mid January
🎫 2026 Ticket Sale: January 17, 2026 17:00 CET
🔑 Open to: Anyone who has pre-registered
👥 Maximum number of tickets: You can buy up to 6 Global Journey (Tomorrowland) tickets at a time
The Global Journey ticket sale happens in January and is our recommended way to get Tomorrowland tickets. Aside from the NFT sale, it is the best way to guarantee tickets to Tomorrowland. Global Journey tickets include transport (train, plane or bus) from somewhere around the world. It can be as close as London, Paris or Amsterdam or as far away as Vancouver, New York, Buenos Aires, or Singapore. Departure cities can vary each year, though many are often the same.
You will get to choose your method of travel and departure city during the sale. For us, we often choose the closest departures to Belgium (France, Netherlands, Germany or United Kingdom) and travel ahead of time, so that any delays are minimized and the risk of missing the festival because of a delayed flight is low.
Global Journey tickets usually go on sale towards the end of January. It requires pre-registration so make sure you register. While more expensive than regular Tomorrowland festival tickets, it is an excellent way to secure your tickets.
Prior to the global journey sale, Tomorrowland will put up a simulator of the ticket shop – basically a preview of how it will look. With the simulator you can see your options for departure cities, dates & times as well as accommodation options and pricing. This is a great way to figure our your top choices for when the sale goes live. Just remember – things often sell out quickly, so make sure you are flexible.
The Global Journey Simulator can be found here at this link, however it only goes live a few weeks before the sale (usually December) and goes offline after the ticket sale in January, so don’t be surprised if the website does not work at other times of the year.
Just be sure to be online when the sale commences, know exactly what transport and accommodation packages you want, and be flexible with backup plans as things sell out very quickly.
Belgian Sale
📅 Ticket Sale Date: Late January
🎫 2026 Ticket Sale: January 24, 2025 17:00 CET
🔑 Open to: Citizens of Belgium only
👥 Maximum number of tickets: You can buy up to 4 Tomorrowland tickets at a time
Tomorrowland has a sale exclusively for Belgians to try to obtain tickets, usually on the same day as the Worldwide Pre-Sale. However you must be a Belgian citizen to have this access.
Like the Worldwide Sale and Worldwide Pre-Sale, these tickets do not include accommodation or transport (other than Dreamville).
Also like the Worldwide Sale and Worldwide Pre-Sale, these tickets can be a lottery and very difficult to get even for Belgians. You need a Belgian Passport and a lot of luck to get a ticket via this method.
Tomorrowland Worldwide Pre-Sale
📅 Ticket Sale Date: Late January
🎫 2026 Ticket Sale: January 24, 2025 17:00 CET
🔑 Open to: Anyone who has pre-registered
👥 Maximum number of tickets: You can buy up to 4 Tomorrowland tickets at a time
The Worldwide presale usually goes on sale towards the end of January each year. In order to access this sale you need to pre-register. That is, have a Tomorrowland account (free to sign up) and click the ‘register’ button in your account to register your interest to buy Tomorrowland tickets.
The Worldwide Presale differs from the Global Journey ticket sale in that it does not include transport options such as plane, train or bus tickets to the festival. This sale also does not sell hotel packages – these are part of the Global Journey sale.
While hotel packages are not available, Dreamville packages without transportation are available to buy. Dreamville is Tomorrowland’s camping city.
The Worldwide Presale is very difficult to get Tomorrowland tickets. It sells out almost instantly and you need to be very fortunate to get tickets through this method. It is essentially a lottery – you need a great deal of luck.
Tomorrowland Worldwide Ticket Sale
📅 Ticket Sale Date: Late January (Usually one week after Worldwide Presale)
🎫 2026 Ticket Sale: January 31, 2025 17:00 CET
🔑 Open to: Anyone who has pre-registered
👥 Maximum number of tickets: You can buy up to 4 Tomorrowland tickets at a time
The Worldwide Ticket Sale is very similar to the Worldwide Presale. Tickets usually go on sale a week after the Worldwide Presale. The only real difference is the Presale has slightly cheaper Tomorrowland ticket prices.
Like the Worldwide Presale, getting Tomorrowland tickets in this sale is extremely hard. If you are serious about traveling to Tomorrowland Belgium, this should not be your first option. Tickets sell out in moments and once they’re gone, there are no further official Tomorrowland ticket sales.
What To Do If Tomorrowland Tickets Are Sold Out
While Tomorrowland will sell out in seconds, don’t despair if you don’t get tickets through the Tomorrowland website – there are still some ways to get tickets!
Tomorrowland Waiting List
Tomorrowland does have an official to buy & sell tickets. If someone no longer wishes to attend Tomorrowland, they can upload their tickets to the Tomorrowland Exchange Desk by the end of April.
Tomorrowland themselves will then offer these tickets to people on the Waiting List. Tickets are often released in waves, and can be both Global Journey packages or normal festival tickets.
The waiting list for Tomorrowland only becomes active once all tickets to the festival (including all global journey packages) are sold out. Given this usually happens shortly after tickets go on sale, this is usually early February. A link to join the waiting list will appear in your Tomorrowland Account once the sale is sold out, provided you were not able to buy any tickets on your Tomorrowland account.
Keep an eye on your email inbox for any opportunities to buy tickets. They could come at any time, even right up until the day before the festival.
Like the regular sale, the waiting list sales move fast. You must be ready to go to purchase tickets as soon as you are notified to have any chance of getting tickets. These waves of tickets released to the waiting list usually happen in April and May – the dates vary each year.
Official Tomorrowland Ticket Resellers
There are some companies that offer Tomorrowland tickets as part of travel packages. These are official resellers and are safe to use. The list of Official Travel Partners can be found on the Tomorrowland website here: https://belgium.tomorrowland.com/en/sales-info/official-travel-partners/.
There are official ticket partners in different regions including Australia, Europe, South America and Asia. This does not necessarily mean you need to stick to your own region though. For example, Australians could use ticketing partners in the United Kingdom.
However as you will need to meet with the travel companies/groups to obtain your tickets, it’s probably a good idea to at least speak the same language as whichever region or company you go through.
There are some downsides to these tickets:
- Not as many accommodation options (no Montagoe options for Dreamville)
- Tickets will come from the travel partner rather than Tomorrowland, so you are dealing with a third party
- There is a markup so they can be more expensive than regular tickets, but given the scarcity of regular tickets it’s a small price to pay
The good news is you can rest easy knowing the tickets are real and official, so it’s a good method to buy Tomorrowland tickets if you miss out during the other sales.
Buying Tomorrowland Tickets from Unofficial Resellers
Failing all this, there are still ways to get Tomorrowland tickets. However with the amount of scams around you must be careful.
In 2016, my group bought Tomorrowland tickets off eBay. In hindsight, maybe not the smartest move as we had zero guarantees. Luckily for us, we were not scammed and we picked up the tickets from the seller in Amsterdam before the festival. However I would urge caution if using this method.
One good website to use is Viagogo. As a reseller site, they have numerous options for tickets – but only weekend tickets, day tickets and Dreamville tickets for regular camping (also known as Magnificent Greens), not hotel or Global Journey packages. Viagogo also have a guarantee that the tickets are real. If they are not (and this can happen from time to time) they will refund your money, which gives some peace of mind. If that happens and you’re at the Tomorrowland gates with a scam ticket, you can phone them and let them know and they will try to find a solution or they’ll refund you and you can buy another ticket on the platform.
Personally if I missed out on tickets through official channels and the festival was sold out, this is the method I would use to buy Tomorrowland tickets. I know plenty of people who have bought tickets using this site.
One advantage of these tickets is they don’t require pre-registration and don’t require you to be online or committed to buying Tomorrowland tickets in December/January. You have the whole period up until the festival in July to decide to buy tickets.
As a ticket re-selling site, ticket prices will fluctuate up and down, so monitor the prices on the site.
Tips for Buying Tomorrowland Tickets Successfully
Getting Tomorrowland tickets requires more than just showing up when the sale starts. Here are our top tips from years of experience to maximize your chances of success:
Prepare Your Payment Method
Ensure you have enough space on your credit card and notify your bank that you will be making a large purchase. If the payment doesn’t go through, you will lose the tickets immediately. This is one of the most heartbreaking ways to miss out – getting all the way to checkout only to have your payment declined. Call your bank beforehand and let them know you’ll be making an international purchase to Tomorrowland.
Block Out Your Schedule
When Tomorrowland tickets go on sale, set aside a few hours. If you’re lucky you’ll get into the ticket shop straight away and be done in 15 minutes. Other times you will be waiting a long time – sometimes several hours. In 2020 we were online for about 6 hours waiting and trying to secure tickets. Don’t plan anything else during this time. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and a backup device ready just in case.
Be Certain Of The Time Difference
If you live in Europe, you won’t have much of a time difference to contend with. However for everyone else around the world, the time difference can be brutal. It can be late at night or very early in the morning in some parts of the world.
Before the sale, make certain you know what time zone you are in compared to Central European. The last thing you want to do is miss the ticket sale because you thought it started an hour later!
Have a Plan (and Backup Plans)
Have a plan of what you tickets and packages you aim to get, and have a backup plan or multiple backup plans. Be flexible. Know exactly which Global Journey package you want, but also have your second and third choices ready. If you’re buying Dreamville camping, know which tier you want but be ready to grab whatever is available. The worst thing you can do is get into the shop and waste time deciding – tickets sell out while you’re thinking.
The 10-Minute Checkout Rule
Once you’re in the shop you have 10 minutes to complete checkout. After that you will get kicked out and have to re-join the queue at the back of the line. This means you need to move quickly and decisively. Have your payment information ready to copy and paste. Don’t browse – execute your plan.
Understanding the Virtual Queue
The virtual queue is random in theory, so it doesn’t matter when you join the queue as long as you join before the sale starts. Tomorrowland claims everyone who enters before the sale begins has an equal chance.
In practice this might be true, but also sometimes it pays to get in the queue a little earlier. 30-45 minutes before the sale starts is what we normally do. While it may not give you a better position, it ensures you’re definitely in the queue and there are no last-minute technical issues with your browser or internet connection.
Final Tip: Stay Calm
It’s stressful watching that shop webpage and waiting, with no indication at all when you might be let into the shop. Stay calm, don’t refresh the page (it won’t help and might kick you out), and trust the process. Many people get tickets – it could be you.
